Mild Diffuse disc bulge is seen at L3-L4,L4-L5,L5-S1 level with bilateral neural foraminal narrowing causing exiting nerve root compression and mild
indentation of anterior thecal space.
L4-L5 disc isdessicated as evidenced by decreased signal intensity in T2w images.
Intervertebral disc heights are maintained.
