Just bought a used 2018 Dell Win 10 with 16GB of ram and 2t drive. It’s so slow. I hope doing this will help speed it up. Or else ima try to resell for same price I got it for and buy something else

During reinstalling the Windows step, will the "local reinstall" work if my window is pirated?

For example if i have a game size 10gb on My H: drive and i reinstall the windows on C:drive and it delete my all shortcuts including the game's shortcut on desktop will it also delete my Whole game that is install on my H:drive

If i choose keep my files, does it mean it keeps my data saved from games on steam? So i can redownload everything and start like new but without viruses and malware
