ОтветитьDid this about an hour ago, still tired from it lol. Gonna try to do this video and maybe another one every day for the next few weeks, I have let myself go so damn badly, I feel terrible about my body. Gonna do some 'bro workouts' as well to build muscles along the way

Day 2 - 8: Done, seeing improvement in upper abs area, it has become more flat

ОтветитьDAY 1: i'm coming back, last year i lost 30lbs and now i am gaining a bit of it back slowly so i want to restart!
Day 2: i was super sore because i did it 5x a day and i didn't eat much but it got a bit easier
DAY 3: less sore, but really hungry (btw i'm not starving my self)
When it said no jumping I fr had to click this video because then my parents wouldn’t hear me do this exercise in my room 😭

ОтветитьHello everyone! all your comments are very help full and so exited to start, i will be doing this and the 2 week abs with her in the pink exercise suit and i'm so exited! in my country i am in the middle of winter so i can cover up but my deam is to finaly get the bakini body i have always wanted by summer time! i have always been a active child i was quite small, untill i stoped doing the exercise i did on a daily ( running around and having fun) i let myself go and i'm often getting anoyed at myself for that. i curently weigh 50kg for a 12yr and i am 1m and 55cm tall, i am so exited to finaly get the body i've always dreamed of thank you so much chloe you are truely and angel sent from heaven, you are helping so many people and inspiring them to get fit, thankyou so much, you are so kind!
ОтветитьHi I am full beginner, I’ve been laying in bed for the past 7 years and haven’t worked out since highschool PE. Anything I couldn’t do I switched it for sit ups or crunches but I pushed myself for the standing ones ! You can do it too !!!

Day 1 : i just finished the exercise abd damnn, the only way i got through to the 2nd set was bc wheb i was done with the 1st i read comments to keep me motivated! Please comment to remind me qnd so i can tell yall abt the progress (hopefully) tysm byee

Day 1: complete, however i took multiple breaks in between. I took 15-20 seconds breaks between exercises instead of 5 seconds
Ive been doing this for a week and not seeing any difference in my body :( i wish i am thin so i dont need to worry abt my body 🙃
Ответитья на 14 дней и хочу сказать что только на этом моменте у меня начала получаться эта планка на боку. дело в том что мои руки ещё с рождения были слабыми так что такие планки где у тебя упор на руки я просто не могу делать но теперь у меня получается и вот несколько штук которые заметила чтобы эта планка стала получаться.
1 руку не ложите ровно а немного на искосок
2 если очень тяжко и рука дрожит вместо того чтобы просто сжать руку в кулак возьмись этой рукой за коврик так будет проще
