ОтветитьI definitely read comments before starting and that was encouraging! I just started day one. I was a track runner and cheerleader in high school but lost most of my flexibility after 25 just not being consistent in running and stretching. I’m ready to start back working out but wanted to ease my way back in!!! Can’t wait to parties this with 10 minute cardio and warned muscles!

ОтветитьI'm afraid of even trying to do any stretching since I'm so inflexible that during any movement which requires a little more flexibility than usual I feel pain.
Plus I have never ever do any stretching or flexibility exercises, so I'm practically like a wooden stick 😅

I love this I do it when I wake up in the morning after I spend time with Jesus and then at night before bed I have to know do you have any workout videos for beginners? I am 40 and need to lose about a 100 lbs and belly fat do you know workout I can do?

ОтветитьOh my gosh I am smiling I feel so refreshed like a baby I just kept scrolling typing to just see which body stretches I could do and I believe God directed me to yours because almost a month now I HV been having terrible body pains sleeping carelessly and I thank God for you and these stretches I will do them for the whole 21 days .thank you so so much .

ОтветитьToday was day 21 of the challenge. I have always been an athletic person, but NOT flexible. I had shoulder surgery 1 1/2 years ago and I have noticed improvement in my shoulder stretch. My hips are so inflexible I have to sit on yoga blocks on my knees, can't sit cross legged... YET! Any suggestions for how to work on that is appreciated. The forward, right, and left sitting stretches are the worst for me, but I hung in there and DID them. Noticed an improvement so I'll take it. Feeling good that I stuck with it. And you are a DARLING coach! Thank you. I'm now a subscriber. See you around.

ОтветитьThis is what i was looking for.. im an absolute beginner and have been gaining weight due to stress , hormones and less workout.. i want to step up my game and get healthier cause recently i feel terrible about my body and self.. tried other vids but they were all too fast and too difficult for me.. and felt like something was beinv skipped.. thank you.. and your reassurance that its okay to rest , and alternate version of the exercise was so thoughtful and helpful.. i really cried when u said its okay to rest.. thank you.. people have been givinv me judgy looks and negative comments in a negative way bout my body.. just this one video made me feel motivated again to keep trying atcmy own pace !
ОтветитьDay 1 🙌 after a long break ( 3mths ) from any exercise apart from walking . So glad to get back into my Pilates and gym but was looking for a nice gentle stretch video and yours is perfect as I am super stiff / not supple at all . Really stiff hip flexors and tight hamstring. So will give this a go and do the challenge 🙏

day 1 ✅ some exercises were hard, I struggled with forward stretch and wide leg stretch so I didn`t do this properly( bend my knees during these exercises). see you tomorrow!😊

This is such an amazing stretch routine. Very straight forward and relaxing. Was suffering from lower back pain and tight muscles and poor flexibility. I have been doing this for about 3 months now. Best decision I've made. I love how easy it is to remember the routine without even watching the video. I know it off by heart i just like to hear the count down and see her smile back at me while I maneuver through the moves 😁 It's like she's there cheering you on 😁 Thanks for guiding us along the way❤

ОтветитьI really appreciate doing it with! Two remarks. 1- you change from one exercise to the next very quickly. It's hard to follow you! 2- the background sound makes it impossible to listen the bell that marks the end of one exercise.

Day 2- the hamstring is still the worst but not as bad as yesterday don't really feel a difference for now
