I sadly dont see smite ever recovering from Smite 2... We used to be 12k on steam like a year ago.. Now its like what 3k? and 500 in smite 2...

I don't understand how can anyone find this map good looking. The colors are so washed and bleak. Why not have some trees, water or something? Why is it just "buildings" and "concrete"? Add some saturation too.

I'm not talking about the layout btw. I like that. But the design/colors/looks/theme is garbage.

Maybe you'll consider having more than one map be active at once for gamemodes (Conquest)?

Themed Conquest map when?

Hindu conquest? Polynesian conquest? Voodoo conquest in the back streets of new orleans? Japanese conquest? Mayan conquest? Or the versus model where rach half is a different pantheon theme?

The one thing that will hold Smite 2 back from bringing in new players to the 3rd person moba genre is literal game polish (the little things that give a game personality).

Im talking the map needs a theme and story, the titans need to be mythological figures relevant to the conflict with voiced lines (being back siege titan feature as well), the minions should be themed to a respective pantheon and they should have a few voice lines too. Everyth8ng from the pheonix to the towers should have a pantheon specific theme. Replace fire giant with an all new equivalent creature for whom we can give a story, current fire giant is just generic videogame demon.

The titans should respond to the teams performance, order titan encourages you when you're losing with positive reinforcement, while chaos titan threatens you when you are losing, etc.

We need animated card arts in the god select screen, interaction voicelines at the beginning of the game for characters who have mythological relevance or appropriate relevance. Example sun gods unique lines for other sun gods etc.

Add enough of those little things, and your game can literally attract attention with personality alone without even getting to the gameplay. You cant just win by improving the gameplay of smite, you also have to completely obliterate the competition with aesthetic design and art direction.

The joust map is proof that the art team is mote than capable of pulling it off.

They better make that knight of Mordred Achilles skin cross-gen. Reusing the model for Titan is cool but that leaves a lot to want for players who have the smite one skin

When does it actually come to smite 2

Can you guys explain to me why skins are so freaking expensive? 1200 Diamonds is roughly $13 cad + 1200 gems, so it would be like $17 for a hecate skin. Also why is the Blight Hound Anubis 3200 diamonds thats like $30 for a skin? why are the prices SO FREAKING EXPENSIVE. then you said you get more diamonds for smite 2 so your money gets you more stuff but you BS lied and increased prices, you literally scamming people.

Can we expect a map for Assault in 2025?
