I have been having really crippling anxiety these last few months and I was fully sobbing during this routine. There is something so cathartic and healing about just checking in with myself and giving myself space to just be. Thank you for this.

ОтветитьThis is my first time really doing yoga to relax, I used to turn my nose up at it and not really believe the hype but during the connect with the body I felt such a range of emotions a lot of anxiety but in a good way, as if I had been repressing these feelings for a while and connecting with my body better allowed me to realise that feeling is there and to begin to process it. I’m quite a ‘strong’ person and tend to push down my emotions but this routine really allowed me to feel them, I’m hoping to keep having more emotional breakthroughs! Thank you for this ❤ your voice is so soothing during this process x

ОтветитьI do this yoga , at night, the middle of the day, in the morning or whenever I feel like I need to take some time for myself. Love how the video has soothing music and your voice is very gentle. I haven't checked out if your other videos have this same vibe and energy, but I will surely browse and check some out. Thank you. (ps - pls do more of these kind of vids)

ОтветитьI just finished a workout and thought I would like to try yoga. During this session (my first ever haha) I started to cry when you said to just be, be here with a body. I had no idea my body needed this. Next I checked the comments to see if other people experienced the same thing and felt understood.

ОтветитьI don’t usually write comments for videos but there was something super magical about this one… I’ve been watching your videos and doing yoga morning, afternoon, and before bed just as a way to relax and release tension, when you start talking about connecting with your body and creating space, I started to feel my body and hear it too - how it needs gentleness. Tonight I truly felt connected with myself, and my mind wandered to how I started doing this for my sake and being gentle for myself. I felt my own kindness reflected back to me, like “I’m doing this for you, so you can sleep better, because I love you” type of thing. Which is super new for someone so self-critical.. I never felt that much self-love before. I think I will sleep peacefully tonight. Thank you for these videos❤

Usually we reserve it for other people but the thought of thanking ourselves crippled with anxiety for continuing to try and even pushing to do this exercise, moved me emotionally. thank you for this wonderful video and all the affirmations

I never thought that this exercise would have such a great impact on me.
I can't describe what it is but it just makes me feel so good.
and it blows my mind that these 10 minutes really change something in me and probably in many others too.
