For me a winning culture would be if they’re in the super bowl or nfc championship often. Yes, winning the super bowl is the ultimate “winning culture”, but only one team can say that every season and it’s not like there’s many back to back champions. The chiefs were the first since 2004. What Dallas does after so many disappointing seasons can’t be called a winning culture. All the #1 offense #1 this #1 that, but nothing to show for other than one and done.
