Thank you for your help. Can confirm that this helps. I9 13900k with an 4090 running Cyberpunk v2.01 at ultra/psycho raytracing (pathtracing off) 1440p. Was running this and others at GPU 60c and CPU 85-90c. Using the 98% method CPU runs at 70c. I have a large tower with 3x 140mm fans and a Noctua Nh-d15 cooler. Cheers mate!

bro i have i5 13500 with cooler master halo 212 white cpu cooler...
my question is...
in this processor
ideal temp is 49 to 55 deggre
and when run normal cpu strees it goes 78 to 90 degree and when i run cinebench r23 it goes 100 deggre temp,
so my question is is that a normal or can i chage something...

bcoz recently i build a pc with all new components so i m confused where can i build a pc right way or not....??

Nvm, i found the options on windows 11, was just a language barrier, since im on laptop i had to enter the 99% options on both when im plugged in (as i am always) and also when im on battery, i don't think it actually changed my temperature anything :(

Core i5 4300u 1.9-2.5 GHz, intel HD graphics 4400. Usually during play temperature was 80-84. Then I tried 99% and it doesn’t take effect. But when I tried 95% temperature goes to 70-72 and it is awesome! My fps doesn’t changed at all but notebook works not so hard. Thank you!

Before doing it i was getting 87-93°C but now I'm getting 82-86°C. And the temperature is not even constant. Sometimes it peaks at 92°C.

min. Processor state has two options one on battery(5%) and second plugged in(80%) and max. Processor state same one on battery (100%) and second one plugged in(100%) what should i do????

I dont know why my CPU is suddenly hovering 60%+ for normal web browsing when it used it be in the 30-39% range. Also my GPU used to be 31 and 32% but now is arlund 45%, again for normal web browsing. I decided to buy some Arctic fans hoping that might fix this issue. My current fans which are very cheap (I believe they are from UpHere brand) they get so damn loud

Will this lower my fps or graphics when gaming?

Just keep in mind that the more you go down the more it will impact the performance and in some games just 1% can drop you 15fps and so on

whenever i play on battery the gpu temperature stays around 60-70 but when i plugged in my laptop it goes around 90-100 and after that my laptop gets shutdown while gaming can anybody tell me the exact problem and solution.
