Institutional Investors by law can only invest in commodities or registered securities on registered exchanges which is BTC LTC BCH and USDT all other crypto are unethical unregistered securities. that will eventually be sold off and put into the commodities and will only be traded on a registered exchange ( Coinbase) everything else will disappear. Institutions wont go near anything else

The comments on regulation hit home. I see the negative effects in home rentals. A single city inspector can interpret laws contrary to inspectors that came before him. These interpretations drive the cost of housing up on my tenants. A judge in a courtroom has a similar responsibility however a judge is trained, whereas an inspector has little more than a driver's license. I feel bad for my tenants.

To my understanding this just proves how much we need an edge as investors because playing the market like everyone else just isn’t good enough, we just need to hold onto our hopes and wait to see how things turn out because market movements are almost always unpredictable. Brian hit the nail on the head regarding outdated regulation being a hindrance to innovation, especially for CeFi DLT innovation, fabulous episode to listen to as a founder within the same space as Brian.

There is an issue with CB Pro on the iPhone when sending XLM to a saved address that includes a memo. It does not actually include the memo when sent leading to crypto purgatory. I feel bad even saying it here but I would have asked that in the interview if I were there and the number of emails and amount of time it took to get the issue resolved (over 6 months and unfortunately >50% of the value while in a CB wallet somewhere) changed my view of CB permanently. I enjoyed the interview and wish nothing but success to you and Brian, thanks for letting me share this here :)

Really respect Brian's response at ending of pidcast about regulation stifling innovation. However the real innovation society needs is how do you get people and entire societies to not try to outsmart the rules, outsmart others and get more for themselves at the expense of others. When there is innovation in people behavior and thinking, regulations will decrease and innovation can increase.
