perfect... pain relief at last! a great, simple video with 'not' too much medical jargon. much appreciated :)
Ответитьfor someone with si joint dysfunction can we use an eliptical machine?
ОтветитьThanks
Ответитьexcellent material well presented
ОтветитьI appreciate your videos so much. This was such a simple and easy to do thing for SI joints which I'm having so much trouble with right now. Thank you so much
Ответить謝謝🙏
ОтветитьNice practical video
ОтветитьI've been doing these exercises consistently for almost 6 months. They have absolutely dropped my pain from a steady 8 to 9, down to an occasional 3 or 4.
Pay attention to the details, a turn of the foot can completely change which muscle you are exercising.
I do these even when my SI feels all tense? I have had SI problems since 3 years. I am asking because in your other video, you advised against exercises so the Ligaments can recover. Or did I get it wrong?
ОтветитьHi Dr. Pederson. Your videos are excellent. Should these exercises for SIJ pain be done with the SI belt or without? been dealing with issues following an MVA and despite treatment with an excellent physiatrist and PT I am no better. This all began with a torn hamstring where it attached to my "sit bone". The hamstring has had some improvement. The MD is not yet convinced it's the SIJ and has recently injected my L5S1, with no relief. I'll try these exercises but just need to know if I should wear the Serola belt while doing them. By the way, I have not noticed a big change with the belt but think I may have been wearing it too high after seeing your demo. Thanks so much and all the best to you, Denise:)
ОтветитьThis is one of the best explained and demonstrated videos I have ever watched!!
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьCan it cause tailbone pain?
ОтветитьGoing to try these exercises right now!
Ответитьokay, so which foods make arthritis pain worse? I watched the long video and did not hear it
Ответитьvery good helpful information thank you
ОтветитьClicked for the exercises, stayed for those awesome socks!🔥
ОтветитьYa gotta know, I am very very thankful to find you. My work has changed and with having to where "safety shoes" it is really killing my stance. I am retraining my body to stabilize with your information.
ОтветитьSo helpful. Ty
ОтветитьThe first exercise alone has already made me feel much better in the last few days. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьThe leg raise got me away from the SI injections. I'm on Tylenol only now.
ОтветитьI have had sciatica for 30 years now on the right, now it is slightly on the left also, I’ve noticed over the last 6 months the pain is becoming unbearable at night just when I get into bed, posture change I guess. I have been using a muscle massager thing a little like your scraper thingy lol, which does help. Thank you for some new insight and exercises, I will add these to my routine, so helpful ❤
ОтветитьHi. I am a soccer player and I have sciatic pain, stiff calf, and knee pain. What are your recomendations.
ОтветитьExcellent. These are the best yet. After 1 round I got mobility back. Can't wait for the results after a week! Nice socks bud!
ОтветитьHow can i order the belt please i live in Ireland
ОтветитьJust had knee replacement surgery about 11 weeks ago. Can't kneel on surgical knee currently. Is there an alternative to the bird dog for core stabilization?
ОтветитьCan you believe that I have been suffering from this pain for 20 years?
ОтветитьWhy does the skeleton next to him have pelvic tilt?
The back of the pelvis is jammed forward and the bottom of the pelvis is pointing backwards...
It also looks nothing like the skeletons you guys used in the 50s and 60s... its like the chiropractor doesn't know his hips and pelvis are flipped...
What is your recommendation on starting these exercises when you have current SI pain? Wear the belt for a while and wait for the pain to go away and then start the exercises or start and see how I feel the next day? My SI joint is unstable and keeps “popping” out of place
ОтветитьThat's your video saved in my phone now. Brilliant exersises and very informative
ОтветитьHow often should these be done and how do you know its ok to stop doing them?
ОтветитьThankyou for this I shall be doing these, the positioning I needed I'm no expert on these things and I did the pelvic repositioning on si joint now for those exersises to keep strong u defiantly own this Internet girl patient now thanks so much for helping me
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьGod bless you 💓💓
ОтветитьThanks a lot!
ОтветитьOh my, this is good, I'm going to try this 👍 thank you so much!
ОтветитьGreat video's Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьIts rare to see perfect execution of Bird-Dog move... Appreciate your demo doc. Keep up thr good work
ОтветитьI have an unstable si joint that my Dr wants to put screws in to stabilize it. I've already had injections in the joint that did not do well. It caused the static nerve to swell and give me the worst pain I have ever felt. I don't know what to do. Can you please help?
Ответить,I’ve been dealing with si instability off and on for years, but In feb 2023 I had a motorcycle incident where I was coming to a stop light and my front tire locked up on the wet pavement, as I was going down I put my leg out to avoid the crash, which resulted in saving my Harley and not crashing but at the expense of my fibula being broken torn miniscus, torn labrum and pulled hamstring . Healed for three months and I’ve been going to PT for a month and a half now and wondered why I had plateaud then looking at your videos once again I remembered about my SI joint instability and your excercises was the piece to the pain puzzle I hadn’t been able to figure out. Thank you so much for this and previous years of these videos.
ОтветитьBrilliant video, your exercises one and three have brought long lasting relief to my left hip pain that has troubled me for years. Thanks very much for sharing.
Ответитьthanks!
ОтветитьCan SI joint problems cause the QL’s to always be active and fired on? I have tight and sore QL’s all the time but can’t seem to find the source besides maybe tight iliac or psoas muscles.
ОтветитьCan I put my hand under the head?
ОтветитьPerfect! I do those exercises as soon as I feel a bit of pain in my IS joint. I am trying to do them more regularly now. It is a game changer
ОтветитьIs it normal to feel thigh and leg stiffness after these exercises?
ОтветитьIf my pelvis is misaligned or unstable should I just wait on doing until finished correcting that issue
ОтветитьIf i lie on the side, the painful side ist thicker than the good side. It's swollen, like a little survey. (I mean the gluteus medius muscle) The good side is normal. In the internet i dont find any answer. Do you kwow what is is?
ОтветитьDoes anyone know if muscle knots are associated with/happen with issues with the SI joint? On my left where my hip, spine and leg joints meet there are these lumps above my hip and I have to massage so deeply, I suspect it's sciatica. My mum and her mother has the same issue...
ОтветитьHello, Ive tried these exercises. The next day I was extremely sore. And my symptomes are worse today. Is this a concern ? Other causes may be a tighter pants around the waist. And I also tried to press into the back of my glute while doing a glute raise. this was an athlean x video.maybe that caused me to have worse symptomes. What do you think ? Greetings Marc
