I was laying on the couch planning on going to bad adter listening but i fell asleep lol

I got about halfway thru before my nerd brain ruined it for me. With all the descriptors of otherworldly, luminescent plants and animals, then the air being magic, it reminded me too much of the faewild, and that turned to distrust REAL fast. D&D strikes again.

What a beautiful voice. My voice sounds like a wooden chair being slid on a hard surface 😮

Thank you for this I normally struggle going to sleep but this works everytime and have panic attacks but this helps me feel peaceful and calm it’s a total life changer❤️❤️❤️❤️

Why is this mediation trying to guide us to connect with spirits?!? I really think most of the "meditation to sleep" influencers genuinely mean well. Why do I find so much of it soooo deeply creepy and disturbing? Probably because I've been awake too long. Lol
