I love you! Thank you for making this clear and understandable!
ОтветитьWhat about weighted pullups and dips instead of weight lifting. (I'm not sure if it counts as weightlifting)
ОтветитьThanks for explaining fat loss is primarily to lose love handles.
ОтветитьYeah so the first advertisement I am met with on this video is for SUBWAY 😅😅😅
ОтветитьJust do a 12 week course of test tren and meth 😆
ОтветитьNice work man.... good clip
ОтветитьAwesome 👏 thank you, learned a lot ❤
ОтветитьYou make great videos dude.
ОтветитьI don't know why I keep clicking on these videos, expecting something new or different.
Eat better at a calorie deficit and lift weights.
The fat doesn't come from over eating. That's too simplistic. They come from sugars and carbs which slowly change the way our metabolism works. Counting calories is also an obsolete and faulty system. Learn about the keto diet. Without a proper diet, people gain fat again very fast after loosing it.
ОтветитьKettlebell swings burn lots of calories.
ОтветитьEat meat and eggs until full, drink water. It really is that simple. I lost mine with no additional exercise and kept them off for 2 years so far
ОтветитьCardio that’s all you need and a good diet nothing else
ОтветитьMen: oh man I really want a 6pack
Women: I wish my man had a dad bod over his muscles
Literally my experience as a bisexual man
only more shameful than everything gays show their body
Ответитьbedenlerini gösterenler anca ve anca pişkin gaylerdir
ОтветитьFor real? from overeating? Dude im 173 cm high and wieght 62 kilo. Even i have "handles" and im underwieght... ;o
My metabolism burns more calories then i can provide, it was like that my whole life.
Thanks for honesty 😂
ОтветитьGreat sensible video. Thanks for sharing
Ответитьyou mention cardio is better for burning calories but isn't it true that gaining muscle would burn more calories in the long run?
ОтветитьThanks. Can you please lower your background sound a bit? ✌️✌️
Ответитьwell it's good that im walking to go and leave for school ( it takes me 40 minutes to go and leave school lol )
Ответитьwhy does nobody actually show it being done to an average person
ОтветитьSkateboard for 16 years, been the same weight since high school now I’m 35.

ОтветитьPassing out is fun.
ОтветитьAnd lower back fat also my love handles and lower back fat only ones still on me rest body fat has gone in 6 months.. But my stomach is still jiggly even tho isn't fat meaning I need do ab work
ОтветитьCalorie deficit but consistent for a long time
Ответитьtoo much bla bla bla
ОтветитьHi does taking a protein powder cause you to gain weight and how often should I take protein powder in a day?
I’m 5’4 very active 50yo female.
Wonderful video, thank you, man
ОтветитьA bit generic but absolutely helpful, thanks for great video
ОтветитьKeep it simple. Calorie deficit is how you lose weight. And no, you cannot target fat loss to specific areas.
ОтветитьSave 10 mins of your life, summary, do cardio daily.
ОтветитьOne of the biggest keys to burn fat is fasting….. is really a useful thing to do
ОтветитьBut, with this type of weight loss. Is there not some sort of skin removal surgery needed? If you are fairly overweight, even with the drop in weight, you still always will have that excess skin. Nobody on any video seems to mention this.
Ответитьabsolutely mazed and shocked by little attention to detail information, when he said we are so occupied by losing fat in one area and not realising other parts of the body also loosing fat at the same time and eventually the targeted are will start to loose fat with consistency as everyone’s body works differently when it comes to loosing and fat and gaining muscle. Brilliant 👍
ОтветитьMy issue with consistency is if it's not everyday then it may as well be not at all.
I can't take a day or two off otherwise i won't be able to start back at it.
Looking good comes with a costs..and it aint worth it..
We can still look good with a lil love handles..
Like he said..they feel crappy but never tell..
thanks for sharing ❤
ОтветитьPregnancy
Ответить5' 10" male...I honed in on 1,750 calories per day on May 1st and have been losing no more than 2 lbs per week on the BWS program since July 1st. I had to adjust the weight loss setting in my spreadsheet to reflect a lower weight loss when that started to slow down (it's now set to 0.5 lbs per week). I have lost 36 lbs since May 1st, including about 10% body fat; however, I have also gained over 3% muscle and dropped 5% more body fat since I started my weight training on July 1st (I also run or swim every day for 45 minutes). Using the best estimates, I have about 5% more body fat to lose, but my weight can fluctuate still. BWS predicts that at my rate I should reach my fat targets no later than mid-January, which works for me.
ОтветитьAnyone else watching this while sat of the sofa eating Chinese leftovers or just me?
ОтветитьI want to share my personal experience and journey, I initially started my weightloss journey with crash diets because of lack of knowledge, i was talking less than 1000 calories per day, i felt miserable but this was the only way i knew, i stick to it and it worked great for me, i lost 15kg(84kg to 69kg) in 4 months, but then lockdown hit, i had to quit gym for like 7-8 months, although i still controlled my eating, but i didn't exercise, and then when the lockdown was over i weighted myself finally after 7 months, i was 77kg, it felt unreal, i hated myself, and that made me stick go towards that crash diets again, i am currently at 68 kg and now i have realised that faster results doesn't necessarily means they are better, now i am starting to accept myself the way i am, but working on it slowly and steadily, hopefully this time it works(btw my height is 173cm)
ОтветитьConfused AF, sounds like I need a PHD in body physiology and nutrition
ОтветитьThis is exactly the video I needed to see rn practical well thought out advice with a positive message at the end that at the end of the day it’s not that serious and any progress is good progress I feel very reassured and inspired to keep working thanks man👍👍
Ответить👍👍
