Hello, I'm Italian... unfortunately, everything you said is true... and my country quite much is good at two things: corruption and hate. I'm only 16, but I've already understood that to have a chance of living somewhere that isn't a hole in the dirt, I have to leave as soon as possible to some other, better, nation... and yes, Meloni is still there, still fascist, although it's loosing lots of credibility. South is also poor for the people that build houses and hospitals BUT NOT INDUSTRY as a South person in the poorest region too😐 they need to get more industries so more money the only thing that they stupid and don't build industry

I’m italian. Italy’s biggest problem are debt and public spending which are correlated. In the last 20/30 years our politicians didin’t make long term investments, they only spent taxpayer’s money to pay their rich friends for some big building or to throw money at people for a bit to be elected. We just throw public money down the toilet. And close second biggest problem is tax evasion, which, if you read this, you can guess why it happens.

Edit: also the fucking salaries in the last twenty years went down by 1%, instead of going up. For comparison in France and Germany they increased by 30%

The South of italy is poor not only because of resources but allora because at the beginning of 1900 when italy was modernazing the rich people of the South paid to not develop, they did it to maintain their dominance on poor people.

People (especially americans) should really learn to respect other languages, and maybe look up on the internet how to pronounce things, instead of making it up, especially when making informative videos.
