You are the only one I watch because you are aligned with what I need every time. I always recommend you when anyone ask me about yoga. Than you Bird!! We all love and appreciate you soo much! ОтветитьThank you for making such an approachable practice. These shorter videos are easier to do when I've got limited time between activities. Because i can complete them, it's easy to do more than one throughout the day. Like a snack, just for the soul.
