ОтветитьI'm Thai. i strongly suggest that if you have big enough balls, use plain water, not chicken stock. the water will just let the flavours of lemongrass, prawns and chili SHINE THROUGH and that is well awesome. seriously

Ответить@CT2507 coconut version is the thai version. Gordon is making the Chinese version which the ingredients he put in is mostly not what Chinese would put in.
