X´perten ski slope, Trysil 😁
ОтветитьThanks for the video. Looking at other ones now!
ОтветитьIt takes me a couple runs for my perception to change but once it happens I feel pretty comfortable!
Ответитьlie to myself and believe it🎉
ОтветитьIf we're talking imagination, best is to have a beer and imagine that you are skiing....
Jokes aside, thank you, you're doing a good job (reality talking 😉).
Actually... wow. I feel like I just needed this and it made a lot of sense!!!
ОтветитьExcellent videos. Thanks you ♥️
ОтветитьThis video helped me...just learned skiing last year end of January.. and 2 days ago first ever to ski on red slope 🥳🎉 thanks for this video 🥳🎉
ОтветитьWow, usually its hard to see how steep it is with camera vs real life... but somewhat showed here! having more amateur's practicing on steeper slope also helps... morale wise.
ОтветитьI will try it. Thx.
Ответитьthanks, nice way of looking at it.
ОтветитьYou’re an awesome instructor, your videos are extremely helpful! Thank you!

ОтветитьI do look down a steep and feel intimidated. My first move is sideways, not down. I will try to reimagine the terrain as I begin skiing this winter.
ОтветитьThank you very much for your instruction!
ОтветитьI'm stoked to be be a "mom-skier" this season (cruising blue/intermediate slopes) but I may give these tips a try when I'm feeling like dipping into a black diamond or two.. thanks from BC !!
ОтветитьThank you for the tip! I both love🤗 and hate 🫣the steep slopes. I hope your tip will work for me and I will be looking forward to a more harmonious skiing.
ОтветитьImagining the slope isn't steep does not replace knowledge and confidence.
The only, and I mean ONLY thing that will help you on steep slopes is to know how to position your body to allow your skis to make the turns.
Know how to apply weight to the tips of your skis rather than in the middle.
Know how to anticipate the new turn through the positioning of your upper body to create the quick leg angle change needed for a quick turn.
This knowledge and a high level of confidence through doing those things on less steep slopes, will allow you to be as aggressive as you need to get your upper body down the hill and over your tips. The steering part of the skis.
👍
ОтветитьGreat tip, thanks! What helps me tackle a steep slope is starting off on an angle. Then when I reach the bottom, I tell myself holy $@it! I just did that 😊
Ответитьhow do you overcome the initial drop, as I find im fine once on the slope but I struggle to push myself over the edge when at the top
Ответитьabsurd
