To find your frequency visually you can add parametric eq on your vocals and see what point pops up most and you accentuate that to your track eq.

It's agreat tip but how to deal with situation when the voice is not constantly above the music, where there are times we have no Voice and need the music to be back to normal? I tried keying the By pass but the transition is not smooth.
