One of the SB6120 is having a problem

Hello RM, the problem that one of my SB6 is experiencing is this. When I plug an SB6 into a power source, I am supposed to see the solid green light beside "POWER" but the green LED beside "POWER" is not coming on, but all the rest of the LEDs come on. And while the rest of the LEDs do come on, they look moderately "dim"

I believe it is not normal, and how can I solve this issue? I have tried with different power adapters
