You will never fry chicken liver any other way! Ideal for festive dinner 😋🔥 | 2 RECIPES

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (CRISPY GARLIC FRIED CHICKEN LIVER)
2.2 lbs chicken liver (washed & cleaned)
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chicken powder seasoning (chicken bouillon powder, magic sarap)
2 cups flour + 1 tbsp salt + 1/2 tbsp black pepper + 1/2 tbsp paprika

DIPPING SAUCE:
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 stalk green onion, sliced
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp calamansi or lemon juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 thai chili pepper, adjust to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (SINARSAHANG PORK RIBS)
2.8 lbs pork ribs
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups hot water (add more if needed)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp tomato paste
Red and green bell peppers, sliced
