22 and I’m 6'7". I was 6'4" for like the last 2 years and then I started like actually taking my nutritionist seriously and just attacking the weights at the gym more regularly rather than ball drills which I’ve been doing ever since for the majority of my life. It’s weird how you don’t realise your growth spurt, for me it was when I had to duck slightly when entering doors and trains. My mom would always tell me that it was the milk I was drinking when I was a kid that made me pretty tall hahaha

Sort of a weird concept for a video. Like if someone walked around with a weight scale would that just be all in good fun? Plus it's not like a person determines their height. It shouldn't matter.

I just tell people I used to be 5'11 and change, which is true, but Im older now, and have plainly shrunk, and Im sure it's more than I would have liked.

Most guys do not care about their height and vaguely know their height, that's all. I'm 6'3 or 6'2. I'm good with both, I do not care which it is. Also this is not exactly how you measure someones height. And to laugh at a guy who said he believes he's 5'10 and 3/4 so maybe 5'11 and then laugh when your measurements say he's 5'10 was quiet cringy.

Men definitely lie to each other about their height, sometimes by a lot, but I'd say they are way less likely to lie to a really tall woman because they know they are going to be called out on it.
