i have a computer that uses hmdi 2.1 my tv is hdmi 2.0 but the hdmi 2.1 cable has made an improvement when i watch movies on line and play video games using my tv as a monitor

How stupid is the HDMI spec currently? I've spent the past 6 months now trying to figure out why I'm having so many issues with artifacting/ blinking displays... Turns out it's been the cabe this entire time 🤦‍♂️

How is this even legal I don't understand. That is an intentional confusing of customer and yes I know it's been going for a long time(started with USB in 2018 I think), but I don't get it how none of the government policies isn't regulating this. I would like to see what the EU consumer court would say if someone sued some company for selling it's HDMI cable telling them it has those feature, while in reality it doesn't. Because if the court would say like" Yea, this is ok". Then world really has gone to a shit.
