Ответитьpsychology is filled with paradoxes. the one that stands out the most to me is that the stability of a character/psyche does not come from maintaining the status quo, on the contrary the stability is the product of constant development. another thing that i marvel at is how similar the experiences of anxiety and excitement are. the only difference between them is cognitive: do you anticipate your situation to worsen or improve? if i had to suggest a tactic to build a stronger mind it would be exactly that: master your attitude toward challenges & never stop evolving.
