To be fair this scene happens in the span of a second. Venom snake is the fastest snake by a long shot and mixed with the strength he weilds as a soldier I'd say despite being risky to us for him it's as easy as breaking a kids arm (which he does)

Thats why you walk around with arm guards. You can perform a knife arm fairly safely.

If you dont have arm guards, duct tape thick magazines around your arms.

Venom Snake’s disarm is legit but risky. He has the advantage of his gear and his bionic arm to pull this disarm. However, if us humans were to attempt this disarm, we risk getting cut badly. It’s safer to either run away, or if you must, do an x-block with the back of your hands. You’re still going to get cut, but at least you cut the back of your forearms instead of the front which is closer to your wrist.
