You can still unlock your vehicle to get a new battery!

A video tutorial on how to open car door that has a dead or broken remote key fob.
If the remote key fob for your car has a dead battery or is otherwise not working, you will need to use the emergency key located in the bottom of your remote key fob. Once the emergency key is removed, you will then use it to unlock the key cylinder under the drivers door handle. Then place the remote key fob near the stop/start button and start your car as you normally would.
