How do I transfer iTunes to another drive and maintain my playlists and ratings?

I successfully moved all songs from PC#1 to a new PC#2. But...My playlists have disappeared in PC#2. How can I organize them AUTOMATICALLY to match my old PC#1?

I did not understand how did you edited the .xml file. When I open it with MS XML Editor, I don't get any option for changing the destination drive at the bottom of the black and blue screen where you see the .xml file command lines.
