I just woke up from a horrific night terror, I found a body of a young boy in the woods on the floor tied to a tree by one arm… I was with my best friend who suddenly turned on me and I woke up when he hit me in the head…I know it’s really vivid and horrible but I’ve put this on to calm my shakes and sooth my thoughts and prevent a panic attack I feel coming on…. This has really helped so with so much gratitude and appreciation, thank you 🙏
