Thank you! Fast forwarding 2 years from the last comment I was going to throw mine out too! The last thing I thought of was to use the USB port on my computer. The crazy thing is it goes into the port upside down so you can't see if its charging or not

Thanks for posting! The instructions that came with the device were terrible and also said there was a button to press to remove straps. I was so confused and mad, but now I'm good thanks to you. Lol

Thought for sure I broke it but you have to really pull to get the band off. Not a fan of that method but it worked.

I can not remove the band so I can charge the device. My husband also tried to remove the band with no sucess. What are we doing wrong
