To see subtitles in other languages: Click on the gear symbol under the video, then click on "subtitles." Then select the language (You may need to scroll up and down to see all the languages available).
--To change subtitle appearance: Scroll to the top of the language selection window and click "options." In the options window you can, for example, choose a different font color and background color, and set the "background opacity" to 100% to help make the subtitles more readable.
--To turn the subtitles "on" or "off" altogether: Click the "CC" button under the video.
--If you believe that the translation in the subtitles can be improved, please send me an email.

L’esempio finale non mi pare corretto…non c’è una attenuazione con il diodo, ma semplicemente un filtro di forme d’onda

Based on my training the animation is somewhat incorrect for the alternating current. The current does not go back and forth as show in the animation. It is actually a current that changes in sign - positive and negative - the sine wave. Thus we can say that "alternating current is a "changing sign current" or electro-magnetic waveform creatied by the rotator. The term "alternating current" has always been a misnomer for the common person. That is the electron at the power generation system does not actually travel to the end point - rather it is the electromagnetic wave. Thus when you imply that the current changes in direction can be misleading without the context of training. Would you agree>?

The electrons actually move (or don't) in the opposite direction than shown with respect to the diode symbol shown.

I have a question. Why didn't you connect the capacitor in series with the light bulb? Is there a difference between that and connecting it in parallel with the light bulb?
