hey james if moduru can downgrade version try to install on ps vita version 3.70 and try to downgrade.(but to transfer that file you have to use content manager cause vita is up to date)

Im not a fan of hacking my stuff and I always buy the physical copies if they exist. The vita is fully backwards compatible but sony never even bothered to add their games to the shop so i can buy them. This really annoys me to no end as im basically forced to hack my console

Staying at 3.69. No reason to play my Vita after having bought the multi platform games on my PS3 and having beaten BloodStained entirely. Bring on the CFW this shit is dead in the water. Ironic that Sony gave PS+ users some shitty Vita Apps for free this month to tempt them into powering them on to update.
