Being a hairdresser of almost a few years, I can tell you, that you are not supposed to apply harsh hair shampoo on your hair.
I have observed hair lines of numerous folks, and I spotted that people who were using strong shampoos generally had weak hair line.
So I suggest only to use natural shampoo only. I personally use and advise to use littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it boosts circulation and stimulates hair.

Following pregnancy, I noticed my hair fall but I remained calm. I took action to to control it. I chose a health-centered strategy.
I prioritized my nutrition, having nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Vitamin E and Protein.
I exercised daily and practiced meditation for stress management.
I avoided tight hairstyles and quit using heated styling tools to prevent hair damage.
I also started applying LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo combined with a neem wood comb.
The result was hairfall control and the recovery of my confidence.
