NEW | How to deal with Anxiety and Stress

SalamAleykum Mufti and My brother and sisters I have been suffering from anxiety for 5 years now since i was 16 years old i had different periods when i felt better and times i felt worse during these years but never went through it fully i now found out after some analysis that i have a minor light heart problem,i have completely lost hope and fear doing anything i fear even praying salah and going to work or living daily life i overthink about the future and about what would i do if my parents weren't near me or what if this situation happens to me at a older age when it can cause me serious problems i fear death too much and i fear that i might be punished forever because even though my condition is bad i can't stop sinning I've read the Quran in my translated language and prayed 5 times for the last years but now after finding out about my heart condition I'm struggling to do anything in life please mufti or anyone out there knowing something or pls pls help me.

I really love too read Quran but I don't no how to read Quran

I was a Muslim but became scared of the Quran because of my sins and most importantly I was scared of how powerful I was becoming. I could time travel and see jinns and ghost. I thought it’s because I read the Quran everyday. At some point I felt like I have a purpose related to religion which is scary in this world of sin. I decided to convert to Christianity only to be free of the bondage and rules govern in the Quran. Walahi, one night I had a dream, in that dream I was sinning with friends and whilst we were about to go home in the dream I had an accident very serious that I died in the dream. But before dying I heard a voice telling me to recite the Khalima because that is what I believe in and I could be saved. I recited the Khalima 3 times and I woke up from my dream. Busted in tears only for me to wake up with accident bruises but quite strong and alive . I read the Quran that morning and I wish to read it everyday but I am scared. Would Allah accept me back?
