A high ankle sprain usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks to heal depending upon severity. They should've put him on IR. How long was Josh Downs out with his high ankle sprain? This was a failure to manage the roster.

Emmitt Smith, Barry Sanders, Adrian Peterson, Walter Payton and many others played through these injuries their entire career. That's what makes a great player! These new generation players are mentally weak and full of excuses and filthy rich. Ppl literally go to work everyday with injuries and pain but these divas sit back and collect the cold hard cash either way so why would they play through it because the love of the game seems to dead and gone.

Ankle sprains do suck. He is 2-for-2 getting them. When Andre Miller played for the Blazers, he could have his ankle tweaked obscene directions and live to tell the tale. JT, not so much. I'd rather have an Andre Miller on my squad than a JT.

Ballard screwed the pooch not chasing Derek Henry. Being in the AFC South and seeing him twice a year, he had no excuse.
