Our motor parameters are messed up, how to restore the factory default parameters?

Hi, ive got my first ak60 motor, but im having trouble down loading the upper computer, the file comes up as in complete, tried renaming as stated in your video, any ideas?
These videos are very well done btw!

I am using AK 10-9 motors one of the motors when i am using it in MIT mode when i am sending the command to motor. The motor is just making sound like its trying to turn but actually its is stalling. I can see it is drawing more current but the motor is not moving. Also the motor is free to rotate by hand when unpowered. I dont know what is the issue.
