ОтветитьThe exercises seem good but the instructor does a poor job of sequencing thru each one. She stops and starts with explanations and demos too much. Demonstrate then guide the participant thru the entire exercise. I found the stopping and starting difficult to integrate.

ОтветитьIt would be nice if you showed a senior (older person) doing these exercises. Even simply standing on one foot is not easy for beginners. I also wonder how many weeks it would take to show any improvement in balance--a month? a year?
