ОтветитьI used to do these everyday and I used to get a LOT of compliments on my legs! It works y’all I kid you not people ask me if I run track! 😅the BEST compliments lol do it it works. Stay consistent and eat healthy. It will pay off I promise

Day 1- i could only do upto 5 minutes,
After this for two days body hurt like crazy
Day 2- as expected i could only do it for 4 or 5 minutes.. but at least am back to it
Day 3 i had a lil cancer scare but am back! I did it for 7 minutes

ОтветитьI’d just like to share my story on how my journey has been going so far, I’m actually super proud of myself, I’ve stared about a week ago for reference, and I started the first day with around 25 squats, a break then another 25. I was exhausted by the end of it and thought I would never be able to do any more than that. I repeated this for another day then after that decided to jump straight into 50 with no breaks, I was surprised that I could actually do it, and was so so happy. The next day I did another 50, a break, and then 50 after, by this point I began to struggle, but my goal was to get to 100. I then began to do 50, break, 50, break, then 50. I then thought to myself ‘if I can do 150 with some breaks, who to say I can’t do 100 in one go? so the next day I tried it, I can’t describe to you how proud i was when i finally hit that 100, it seemed impossible to me. After that I began to notice i was struggling a bit more when it came to walking anywhere, and found increasing pains. I decided to stop the massive increases but stuck to doing atleast 100. I would go up in 10s each day. Now it say not seem like a lot but my current record is 150, with no breaks. It’s truly amazing to me that in just a week or so I no longer struggle on the 25 that seemed impossible on the first day. I love just sitting back after doing it all, feeling the slight ache in my legs, but too much pride to think about the pain.
I really encourage people to start to do this, take your time. Don’t be disheartened if you aren’t amazing at the start, if it doesn’t hurt, it’s not going to make you any stronger. You’ve got this, I promise you it will be worth it!

ОтветитьI love This work out but stress me a lot that he don’t stop talking trying to off the volume but then I’m so concentrated that I don’t see when he change the exercise but this squads really working 🫣🫣🫣😬

ОтветитьI tried this exercise for the first time yesterday morning. It was incrementally hard and by the triple squat, I was sweating buckets and my legs were shaking. I pushed through and although I barely jumped for the last set, I did it. Today I did it again but I had to skip one or two sets of squats because I was out of breathe and super soar. I broke a sweat and felt really good afterwards. My thighs hurt like hell but I keep stretching and drinking more water. I have always had a nice round butt but lost a lot of muscle when I gained 25lbs during covid. I have lost 12lbs but I noticed my thighs and booty are not as they once were . I’ll try this for a month taking a one off break and share my results
One week update:
I started this exercise on January 23rd and did it most days except two(too sore). Let me tell you, so far the results are amazing! My butt is getting synched and that waist is getting snatched! This exercise is gathering my hip waist area that seemed to have spread due to covid and low activity over 3 years. My thighs feel and look toned too.
Fav squat workout. Used to do it years ago and now I'm back ^^ Yay!

I've been doing this for more than 4 years now lol I also do other leg exercises and use my bike a lot. My legs do look way better than years ago. Still my favorite routine since I have back pain and this one isn't so hars on my back (I don't do the last exercise for that reason)

ОтветитьJust did this for the first time and only managed the first half. As I got into the 6th set my hamstrings started to cramp and now I can’t move!
But obviously thats a good sign, but all you guys seem to have nailed all 100 first try. 🙈

ОтветитьI have been doing this workout every day for about three weeks, along with 20-30 minutes cardio. The first day, my legs were like jello, but as I kept with it, I have lost a few pounds and my legs and butt are firmer and I feel stronger and more energetic.
