There will continue to be a large proportion of people who refuse to live in high density cities. The numbers on the current state of urbanization are skewed by the inclusion of a considerable proportion of suburbs and single family homes.

I think the advances described are cool, and I wish them a great deal of success. But especially with the entrenchment and growth of remote work, the idea that everyone is going to flock to multi-unit housing is simply not realistic.
