Im from chicago- when i went to new york i was disappointed in the food. I just ate wherever and it was so so. In chicago eating wherever works. The greasy spoon in chitown wins. However i had hot roasted chestnuts and they were excellent. Also the deli meats were the best i ever had. I would eat the new york corned beef anyday.

After visiting NYC, Sarge's and NY bagel are totally awesome....but the pizza to me is not that great...Pizza in Naples is definitely way much better

In NYC, not seeing a tourist in line and few items on the menu is a very good sign because it’s the few things they do well. Tourists ruined Manhattan eateries and now they doing it to Brooklyn.

Cash-only business today is cute and charming alright, but I think that they should probably consider moving on with the times and accept card and phone payments. I am sure they must have had electric utilities service installed in their location by now.

I was so disappointed when I went to look for Billy today and he was not there. I really wanted to try the hot dogs. Went to Bleekers street pizza instead, and it was delicious!

Went to Billy’s Hot Dog stand when in New York last week. What a lovely guy. Also went to Bleeker Street Pizza. The Nonna Maria was amazing. One pizza between three of us was plenty!!!

I love street food so i tried many of the foods you recommended. It was mostly quite good but nothing blew me away. The bagels were probably the best but the hot dogs were an abomination 😅🤢 Our favourite place to eat was probably little spain.
