Yes, $5 will feed a family IF the cook is creative.

Ive never considered tomatoes with peanutbutter and meat, but I could imagine it being pretty satisfying. Plenty of protein too. Im seriously considering of adding peanut butter to my next tomato veggie stew 😊

I did not haggle when I was in Ghana. No one was charging a lot for anything and I prefer being at a place where everyone is trying to make a living as opposed to stealing, begging and scamming like here in the US.
