Ответитьlong live jiu jitsu gracie combatives, here from Teresópolis Rio de Janeiro 😀😀
ОтветитьThanks. I got to have an idea of what to go for when I'm on the ground :)
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this ❤
ОтветитьWatching from france
ОтветитьHow is this gonna work of guy on top of you is over 200 lbs and you weigh 130
Ответитьit is so fast that sometimes the video looks accelerated, it seems too dense and too much rushed honestly.
ОтветитьI am an older, newbie. Maybe 10 intro lessons in. I found this presentation to be top notch. The pace keeps attention, the conversational duet keeps it alive, the material is engaging, and most of all, the instruction is principle based, well explained and easy to follow. (1) Love the targeted pre-session warm-up moves, (2) Love the context of 36 BJJ principles as a system, (3) Love the general energy, interaction, instruction, review and topic, (4) Love the repeat, review, switch angle etc. protocol. In summary, material, style, wisdom and energy - fabulous! I rarely subscribe. You guys had me at hello!
ОтветитьThat thumbnail isn't, well, you know. Not at all.
ОтветитьI love this so much from you guys. Putting this material out there for everyone.
You really show that ignorance is not valuable to you. Sales pitches aren't your business.
It's like universities put their lectures out. Everybody win. The professor is nothing but happy if his students come in the door already knowing the material. That is where the learning really begins and spend more time on cementing it rather than introducing it. This material will help a lot of people getting to love Jiu Jitsu. And, as you know, people who fall in love with it wont go "been there, done that". They go "more, please".
thanks
ОтветитьDessa videor hjälpte mig verkligen att komma igång och känna mig bekväm på mattan! 🙏
ОтветитьThanks for sharing
ОтветитьThis is the most complete jiu jitsu work regarding every aspect that may be happen in a real fight.
When I trainned jiu jitsu sport the goal is the tournaments rules wich is completely different of a real one.
And with out develop a accurate reflexes for real fight its very dangerous if you does not train these standards
Love these just need the fundamentals
Ответить🙇♂️ thank you for this
ОтветитьVery Nice
ОтветитьThank you for sharing. I got this all down in my head and no need to practice with anyone. I’ve added this to my deadly kung fu arsenal.
ОтветитьGot into the 3rd fight of my life last night. Remembered one of your videos I randomly came across a long time ago and was able to lock his head down on my chest in half/closed guard and safely hold him there. I want to give a sincere thank you
ОтветитьFolks. Remember that this has to be drilled, practiced and pressure tested. Basically creating muscle memory. Just watching the video will get u nowhere.
ОтветитьThis is such a great lesson keep it up please :)
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing those
ОтветитьLove these guys. Over 10 years teaching these techniques and they still teach with the same passion and excitement as if it was brand new. Top class!

ОтветитьThis is EXCELLENT!
Perfect things to teach my kids to start defending themselves.
Growing up in a freestyle wrestling family, I've been able to defend myself and my friends without EVER having to punch anyone in the face in anger.
Super helpful!
Remember that when you pass guard in a real fight, don’t avoid the easy nastiest berry smash possible and heavy damage to the opponents inner thigh while passing and likewise when you’re in mount and they hip thrust and you fall forward, it’s perfectly ok if you use your elbow on their face to catch your fall they created and don’t give a damn about ripping eyes out or crushing the throat, and remember that you always win the fight you avoid.
ОтветитьKnowledge is power!
