In Thailand, you can get a burger at McDonald's with sticky rice as its bun or a combo meal with two chicken legs and a pouch of sticky rice. Totally awesome. Pizza Hut in Thailand has cheese-less seafood pizzas with mustard and thousand island dressing. They come out cold and are not awesome. You can order french fries at Pizza Hut there, though, so maybe it breaks even?
