I would like to suggest (for the name of the duchy/high lordship) the name Dragons March or Drake March. I believe it really fits the region as this high lordship is by and large a March in the feudal sense for all intents and purposes and serves as a protective militant barrier between the lands of Pentos proper and the various threats in the south of the Three Sisters and the Ninepenny Kings. This ties in well with the rather militant merchant house aspect of Seadrake by Essosi standards, and the rather militant and rugged nature of the land itself. Additionally, it adds in to the whole 'another Valyrian Households holdings' aspect of everything, especially as this is the part of Pentos most closest to the Valyrian Freehold proper and were things would probably have the most remnants of the old Freehold with countless lost and forgotten ruins, small things, a minor statue, or bit of remaining road, or old Valyrian stone home here and there but important remnants of the past all the same uncovered and discovered more and more as people move into the region again with the investment and development done by House Seadrake.

Have you ever thought of brining House Cynder into CK3?

A good name for the town might be, due to the heavy trade and exotic materials, "The Dragon's Horde" or "The Drake's Jewel".

The county northeast of dragon's maw could be called dragon's mind, as that is roughly the spot its brain would be.

You could possibly have the name one of your duchies, castles/towns, or your realm (even a valyrian sword if you get one) include "Kampos" as the word for seahorse comes from the Greek word hippókampos. "Kampos" means "sea-monster" or "sea creature".

I personally think it would suit more than "Dragon's Jaw" (even though it rolls of the tongue) as if we don't count the Velaryons directly related to Targaryens before the Dance of Dragons, they weren't dragon riders. I also think it could be a nice nod to how past generations of House Seadrake still had a stong connection to their Westerosi and Valaryon roots.

Due to this, I personally think you could also remame "Dragon's Jaw" to something containing "Maxilla" as that's the bone that our upper teeth are connected to, but you could also call one of the towns/castles in that area something like that as well.

I do find it interesting that your two eldest sons are both ambitious and humble, especially considering that you are arrogant.
As for why your army was leaderless at one point, the original commander died.
