ОтветитьThank you for your tips
ОтветитьWhat do you get the pattern printed on? Would it be like stock card. Love the video
ОтветитьWhat an achievable quilt! Your instructions are so easy to understand and the pattern is so cheerful! Thank you!

ОтветитьThis is an awesome pattern. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьThis is great, I have layer cakes running out my eyeballs lol will be fun to sew them up
ОтветитьThank you for your beautiful free pattern! Never tried quilting yet, but I just won a Ruby Star Society layer cake and a cutting mat from my local fabric store. I was looking for a beginner’s pattern, and really appreciate your excellent tutorials! Can’t wait to make it now! 🥰
ОтветитьThanks for the free pattern. Appreciate all you do for us.
ОтветитьKimberly, you are a pro at piecing. I like this pattern.
Ответить👍👏🥰🌸🇦🇺
ОтветитьLove this!! Are we going to see how to make the pleated pillow that was on shorts video? Looks like pleated pillow and then cut in quarters? It’s very pretty!!
ОтветитьThank you! Wonderful tutorial and pattern.
ОтветитьWas the quilting done with a template? Programed in a LQM? I like the geometry of it for top I have.
ОтветитьThank You!!!
ОтветитьThis looks easy and fun thank you Kimberly
ОтветитьThank you so much!
Ответитьlove the look of this with the quilting!
ОтветитьNice video. Thanks for the free pattern!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьAnother great video and instructions thank you
ОтветитьI love how Kimberly can elevate a simple pattern like this one! Useful tips! Thanks, team! ⚘
ОтветитьThe quilt seams are only as strong as the thread when you press your seams open, especially if the quilt is used frequently. The seams are far more likely to break. If you have ever had to sew seams back together because of this, you will never press your seams open again. Seams that are pressed to one side have twice the strength and much less likely to come apart from being “loved”. We all want our quilts to last through several generations.
ОтветитьThank you Kimberly!
ОтветитьVery nice! Thanks 👍
ОтветитьI’ve made one quilt using this pattern/method and it’s one of my favorites. ❤️
ОтветитьLove your simple and exact tutorials! Thank you for your time!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing and making this pattern free!! I was able to download with no problem. As a newbie in this space of quilting I appreciate your clear instructions on the quilting processes. I have reviewed many of your videos and found the instructions to be direct and helpful. Your website has a-lot of good information and provided answers to questions I had about the cake layer concept. I will attempt this quilt as my next project. Thanks again.
ОтветитьBeautiful quilt…thanks for the tutorial🌻
ОтветитьI love this.
ОтветитьTried this easy and cute pattern and love the way my quilt turned out.
ОтветитьSo sorry to bother you. I noticed on this quilt and the charm pack short cut quilt you didn't use a border. Would it be ok to add a border? And what size does this quilt finish without a border? Thank you.
ОтветитьThis has to be one of my favorites ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьAnother incredible quilt. When I watch your videos I feel like I’m in a candy store.
ОтветитьWhere can I download the Layer Cake Shuffle free pattern, can't seem to find the link. Thank you
ОтветитьThanks Kimberly, got it!!
ОтветитьGreat video. I like this easy pattern.
ОтветитьThis looks like a fun quilt to make
ОтветитьLove layer cakes, have to make very soon! Thank you!
ОтветитьLove this! Thanks for the inspiration 😊
ОтветитьGreat tutorial.
ОтветитьAs a novice quilter, I have a question. Do you use the expensive thread for quilting the end product, or do you also use it when piecing the blocks together?
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьWatching you cut that fabric reminded me I should go and buy a new blade 😂
ОтветитьVery nice tutorial & free pattern - Thank you Kimberly!!! Karen Sorenson
ОтветитьI also love the fact that you don't have to buy background or sashing in this pattern, just use the layer cake fabric for the beautiful quilt!!! Thank you again

How do I avoid bulky seams when joining rows? Please provide photo to show how rows were joined. Answer doesn't address my question.
ОтветитьI'm a beginner and have a fat quarter stack on hand, could I make this using that?
ОтветитьDo you recommend starching first? What are the disadvantages of not starching?
ОтветитьThanks so much Kimberly. Such a cute pattern.❤️
