ОтветитьI’m trying to get Magnus on my car channel eventually
ОтветитьA very unique perspective. Raised on Sheffield blue collar values, with a splash of English sophistication. Moves to LA and takes a left turn into Rob Zombie.
Ответить"I didn't really know what a "Ted Talk" was, and to tell you truth I don't really know why I'm here".
Open road into the unknown, we'll see what's next.
Life as fun and adventure, with a little passion mixed in!
"Follow your bliss"
Underneath that carefully thought out "wanna look like a homeless because I'm embarrassed of my wealth" look, lies a super white person with a british accent, blond hair, blue eyes and nordic sounding name!
ОтветитьSo, I agree with do what you love to do. The reason being is you do better work when you're having fun. Likewise stop doing things you don't like to do.
ОтветитьThey are destroying this dream and this idea of FREEDOM. Old worlds keep closing in. They have before they will again. James Buffett.
ОтветитьAnother take I have on this talk is to do what you want to do without expectations. Expectations usually chain us, it keeps us from unleashing who we really are. The ability to detach from expectations is freedom. Success is freedom indeed!
ОтветитьTo se neboj...

Ответитьyou are rare
ОтветитьDoes he have gaffa tape on his sleeves?
ОтветитьI thought it was a man in a Gilly suit when I first saw it. I would guess that Magnus has been depressed for at least 20 years.
ОтветитьThis talk is just a hey lookit me i made it!! Great sure who doesnt want your money but your motivations are so full of vanity. Success isnt a Porsche. Where are your clothes made? Outsourced to Asia yet?? Jw
ОтветитьWho gaf arrogant dude no one cares a nobody get some self respect and a haircut. Whats with these slobs in nice cars?? I see it where i live just bums getting into or out of Porsches and $70,000 trucks lol. You cannot buy self respect and class
ОтветитьThis guy is like "Castaway" in Downtown LA.
ОтветитьThat was lit
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьСам чучело и мысли озвученные им чучелячные. Вот, мол я какой! Весь относительный и без границ. Смахивает на Александра Невзорова принципами вещания.
Ответитьthose old porsches are sooo fun to see on the road!
ОтветитьThis is one of my favorite talks! For me it’s his style, he’s not dressed corporate which is a good look for him. Most look like corporate people and this change is comforting for someone who would love to do a Ted Talk in the future.
Ответитьif you have that accent in the US, that in itself is a unique achievement
ОтветитьCamp Tamarck? that was a big camp in northern burbs of detroit
ОтветитьIn the USA 'it' - whatever it is - will either become capital or it will not become anything at all.
ОтветитьWhite Englishman conquers LA well done!
ОтветитьWhat a down to earth guy. I needed to watch this talk exactly at the right time. Thank you!
ОтветитьHow manny of us can actually recall our lifes the way this guy did?
ОтветитьYou look like the guy from Need for Speed.
ОтветитьWeeks ago, I didn't know what a ted talks was. And to be honest, I don't even know why I'm here. 😂
ОтветитьI love this guy...
ОтветитьThere is no substitute! Cheers MW
ОтветитьWhoa what a great full life ❤
ОтветитьOur most important sense is the one we're not taught about. I wonder why...
Ответитьthis video makes me wana fire my boss and go live in the atoms. thats great i wish i can break free from this poisionous roputine and fears of change
ОтветитьHe doesn't seem to push into things to happen but just curiously does things that he finds meaningful and becomes like a magnet for averything around him during the proccess 😅🔥 he really let's things come to him
ОтветитьA great place for weird people to gather. In the 90s. Thank you for making that store, and your employee were nice and open type folks brought many friends there. I actually got happy being there.
ОтветитьCheers Magnus.. you the man 🍻
ОтветитьGood to meet you!! This is a great talk. Inspiring!
Ответитьput this guys on Joe Rogan's Podcast and more importantly giving him a joint, he will look even cooler with that
ОтветитьI never knew 1 car from another & still don't - didn't miss anything.
Ответитьa beautiful man inside and out... thank you Magnus for sharing your truth.
ОтветитьI Will listen but honestly don’t like his hair at all. If you are going to sport that, make it clean looking. It looks like swamp land. White ppl aren’t equipped to put their hair in this shape. Just bloody well shave and start over amigo
ОтветитьGreat story!!.inspiring even to a 68 year old.I must say of the options I did not follow my gut feelings as well as i should have. This morning I prayed hoping in the not too distant future that I would be able to get out of my living situation. Then while watching another Ted video, came this one. I was taken aback by his appearance as most guests are well groomed. He’s reminded me of how once you find a passion (but on my terms) that it builds up in one’s favor. One thing leads to another. I started out walking dogs and from that was introduced to horses. Knowing nothing about them, I learned very fast how to stay alive. Made a number of friends with horses and people. Was considered a n asset to the barn. Of over 150 horses. I saw it all, then as the Hippotherapy wore down because of high insurance costs, once the program failed, i refused to leave and took care of a few horses daily usually 5to10 into the night. Always was the last person to leave. Living half mile away was great . I was called upon to check on horses that were I’ll in the middle of the night. My living so close was a miracle in that I’ve always imagined living in the oldest house around. I put a note with my contact info, three weeks later I got a call from the landlord saying that he’d like to see me. We shook hands and I got the lease I can imagine at the time. It fit right into my budget. Six years later the house was sold for under a million dollars. Then I realized that the rent for a bedroom was a few hundred more than I had anticipated. Especially considering I knew so many people in the valley and nothing for rent. I be homeless four about 4 years at which point I was devastated. Finally found a place that that was questionable, two years later here I am . Now what? Livid on a meager SSi account. Other than walking away leaving the few possessions I have.
Somewhere in the middle of all that I opened an art studio carving stone. That evolved into getting a crumbling studio for a short while, 2 to3 years, and then one day a former friend said he wanted me out, even though my students could stay. Turns No how much I gave to these people not one stood by side. It’s a hellish ride. What with the plandemic shutting down everything was much harder than it might seem. Have I lost my passion? Is God waiting for me to do something?
