Caesars Great+grandmother is Venus.... look at his career and tell me it was not divinely inspired.:.. Her Father intervened on the ides of March .:: Hail Caesar🤘
ОтветитьWhat is the name of the soundtrack in the beginning ? (Just after the ads)
ОтветитьIm always astounded at just how thoroughly professional and “modern” the roman army was at operations in the field. I love the dan cain description of the legionaries being half soldier, half construction worker.
ОтветитьHad Caesar died in battle I don't think history would've remembered him.
By assassinating him the liberators created a legend, possibly even a martyr. They created something they couldn't kill, but would haunt them to their doom.
Thrilling really.
ОтветитьWhat’s crazy to me is back in the old days they thought sandalled shoes where good to ware to a sword fight where 1000s of random arrows and cavalry would also be lol I get that was the style along with the garments they wore but Jesus after the first time going to war that would be enough to see lower body amour was mandatory cuz there was probably a lot of deaths due to leg and feet wounds

ОтветитьThe Roman empire should have never fell
ОтветитьWhat is the game that is shown while the battle is being described? I wouldnt mind actually playing it lol
ОтветитьCaesar actually quoted Menandros, a greek dramatist, when he was about to cross the Rubicon: "Let the die be cast!", which was mistranslated in latin as "Alea iacta est!" or "The die is cast!". this means that Caesar knew greek, and spoke it on occasion. all the high aristocracy of the Late Republic Era did.
Ответитьwhat is the name of the first orchestra song?
ОтветитьVeni, Vidi, Caesar Vici.
ОтветитьCaesar definitely used the high ground he also did incredible forced marches if Pompey hadn’t been conned by the the people born into royalty. Pompey must of been jealous of Caesar, when he realized the people loved Caesar he turned on Him. I read when Pompey was young the older Generals called him Pompey the great they called him that as a joke they were comparing a young Pompey to Alexander. I’m not sure how much longer the republic would of lasted with Atilla and the Goths arrived
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьWonderful video!⚔️🏹👍
ОтветитьCrossing of the rubicon marks an important phase in a persons life an irreversible decision

ОтветитьCaesar was a space marine confirmed
ОтветитьSorry. Can't listen to this voiceover...😞
ОтветитьIf only Caesar hadn’t been assassinated. What the world could have been!
Ответитьwhy did Massilia rebelled? when the city is inside of his governed region?

Ответить"Tiktok? Covid? What were you dreaming? Get up and pack your gear, legionary. Caesar want us to cross the Rubicon."

I wonder if it has become a biological necessity for idiots to try and sum up complex events with irrelevant memes.
ОтветитьThis not a defeat, but merely a rare species of victory.
ОтветитьSo basically because poppie ran from Rome with his tail between his legs he lost
