ОтветитьIf your eating clean and still humgry then your not eating as clean as you think. Your body craves food if it needs minerals. Now im a fat bastard and the cleaner i eat the less food i eat cos i eat clean foods and snacks high in minerals. Fibre isnt what stops you eating less but conscious eating does, know what you eat and create a better mind and body connection. When i was younger i didn't see smoothies as a food source just a drink so it wouldn't fill me but now that im more connected it does actually fill me now and sometimes i cant finish them like i used to. Avoid juices thou you need to fibre so the sugar doesn't race to your liver too fast
Try this next time you go shopping. Walk around the veg aisle don't go to your straight tos just walk around a couple times and let your body crave the food. It knows what you need better then you do, ive picked up foods i dont really like cos my body craved it, listen to your body guys. Sometimes you crave shit food like sugary foods so go get some fruit, honey or coconut sugar avoid proccessed white sugar its empty calories and leaves a acidic ash which creates mucous and eventually illness

ОтветитьI love banana's. I'm on a Mediterranean diet. I weighed almost 250 pounds. So I had to decide would I want to keep living or go down a dark path. I wanted to live. The best thing is I'm looking better now. As I love eating banana once a week. Got to keep an eye on my blood sugars.

ОтветитьBest time to eat a banana is post workout with whey protein (for that giant spike). I workout 4 days a week and will only have a banana (3.5 ounces) which is about 22 grams of carbs on days I workout. Other than that I'm keto to low carbs. I'm 6-2, 220, 9% body fat.

Ответитьdepends what your goals are, for instance in my opinion, if you are looking to lose a chunk of body fat I'd steer well clear of banana's and most fruits, the odd small portion of berries is probably ok but count those carbs otherwise you might not lose anything.
