The fact that this is the 2nd time planet zoo did this with an animal design people had concerns with, shows that planet zoo really cares

I can still barely tell the difference even side by side. It just feels like a regular pattern variation that you would see in most fur animals. But they look great either way!

I had no idea until maybe an hour after this video uploaded, but a friend of mine was bit by a Striped Hyena once. I can't necessarily say I'm surprised since she's a zoo veterinarian but still...damn?

It looks better now! Hopefully Frontier can rework some of the base game animals as well.

I could not tell any difference between the two despite everyone saying it had been updated. I swore people were just imagining things x') I really needed this side by side comparison to see the difference, so thank you for that ^^

I do like how the face change makes it look less like an aardwolf

FIX THE LION FRONTIER

A good majority of the base game + some of the earlier packs’ animals could use some reworks. Some of them look like they belong in zt2 in comparison to the new ones !!

I wish they reworked macaque

The family Hyaenidae belongs to the Carnivore suborder Feliformia, which also contains cats, mongooses, civets, and allies. Despite their dog-like appearance, these animals are more closely related to cats and other Feliform taxa than to Caniform carnivores such as dogs or bears.

I wish they made a mobile version

They never update The real life ones. Im tired of keep seeing The Boring animals that are not updated they look blocky i hate real life.

Oh wow- I never really had an issue with the original design but the rework is honestly incredible, I couldn't go back to the old design.
