At their debut Django and Grapeli were unknown and were playing for private events. At these times Paris were a crazy city.
Once they have to play for a private but very special party were everybody will be... nude. They said OK.
They started to play behind the red curtain... nude. The curtain opened on an audience fully dressed with luxurious suit cases and long dresses. The curtain closed back quickly the time for them jump into their clothes.
