It's a cracker! It's probably more short term. If you want to live longer term and cook sometimes as I would want to do its probably too small but yes, short term it perfect!

The location of this place is actually crazy

It's stupidly close to Melasti / Sinar hotels

If you go right you have tons of food and beach close by

If you go left you have Garlic Lane etc

To think a little place like that is worth $200 a month is CRAZY GOOD!

live for free in Bali do what you do a vlog 😎 or rent couple of villas 12 months lease and then put them on air b&b make your money back off tourists with bookings the whole year some book three 4 days some book a week rest profit mega dollars

The problem is mate the new foreigners tax in Thailand on any income brought to Thailand you have to live more than 6 months a year, so Thailand not such a good option
