Your body just burns whenever it needs to burn and wether you eat it in the morning or the evening or the middle of the night will make ZERO difference in your end result .

ОтветитьEating less. Exercising more. Using vinegar to slow digestion. Keeping coffee consumption during morning time so it has enough time to leave the system before bed time. Staying away from fastfood and junk food works wonders. Your body going to burn whatever it needs based off your activity level and what's available in the moment. An hour of low intensity will burn more fat than carbs. While high intensity will burn more carbs than fat. Sleep burns fat. You eat less carbs your body have less carbs to burn, you building muscle muscle stores carbs so it doesn't sit in your blood stream. Strength training to keep from losing muscle. Eat protein to help build it. Cardio for stronger heart and lungs. 💯💯💯💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

ОтветитьJust some good advice that I learned because my mom is pre-diabetic because of the medicine she has to take is that if you eat healthy in the morning it’s better for your body and if you slowly change to maybe a cookie layer in the day it won’t affect you as much and taking walks after a large meal helps you digest.

ОтветитьThat’s the opposite of what I do, eating carbs in the morning increases my sugar levels leaving me hungry all day. I’d much rather have an omelette or boiled eggs and leave carbs for the evening. That also helps me sleep better. I’m sharing this as a reminder that everyone has different needs and to give a heads up that this might not be ideal for everyone.

It's obvious that if you eat fruit/carbs in the morning you'll have a better chance of burning off those carbs before evening hits and it's time for you to go to bed and rest. If you eat carbs at night, yes, your body will still work on burning them off but then you won't get to burn off your fat because you didn't even get a chance to burn off the carbs first 🙄🙄 I don't understand where the controversy is here.
