The crazy thing about Karen is that she was very compatible with Jim throughout their relationship. From what I remember, she didn’t have a single red flag. Even up to the point when they were doing the interviews together to get Jan’s job, everything was going well until Jim decided to pick Pam over her. I think it’s one of the weirdest love triangles I’ve ever seen.

Karen was waaay better for Jim than Pam no cap. She's smart, hardworking, sincere, directed and knows what's right. Pam on the other hand, well, she's the one for whom Jim sacrificed his career and she just sits there like a dumbass. Jim really picked the wrong one.
